Service Description

Yin is designed to focus on ligaments, tendons, and fascia as we hold passive yoga postures for 3-5 minutes. Yin is wonderful for anyone looking to bring balance to their bodies and to tap into mindfulness. Nidra is "yogic sleep" or guided meditation is towards the end of the yin practice and will leave you feeling deeply refreshed and relaxed. This meditation will be done in the hammocks suspended in the air. All levels welcome Ages 12 & up 75 degrees
