Personal Training with Billie

Billie is an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness nutritionist with a degree in Exercise and Sport science from the University of Utah specializing in Strength and Conditioning. Billie has experience coaching all ages and stages, with extensive experience with adaptive athletes. She has a strong passion for fitness coaching and loves to get creative and create fun but challenging workouts. Working as a fitness and health coach is important to Billie because she believes that the gym is the best place to safely test our boundaries. This is where we find our strengths and weaknesses and learn to use them outside of the gym making us better, healthier people.

Billie offers one on one private training, and small group training with 10 students per session. Small group sessions are generally five weeks, three 45 minute classes per week, T/TH/F. Includes goal setting, muscle building and maintenance meal plans and nutrition information. Equipment is provided. The fee is $250 per session for Sanara Members only.
