Sequence (Hot)
SANARA has its own sequence class designed by our very own talented teachers. Expect to sweat in a heated room while you move through a series of 26 poses combining hatha and vinyasa. The first half of the class includes standing and balancing postures, forward bends and backbends and abdominal work. The second half of class takes you through four distinctive flows of the most commonly practiced postures as well as a full stretching and cool-down series.
The room is set for 99 degrees, but can feel different depending on the conditions of the room at the time. Our teachers will keep an eye on it for an optimal experience.

Hatha
Hatha classes are typically a slower paced class with attention to individual poses, alignment, and mindfulness, to build both strength in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind. Each of our hatha teachers bring their own vision and energy to class - expect a variety in teaching styles within the format.

Gentle Hatha offers a slow-paced, mindful practice focused on gentle stretching, deep breathing, and relaxation. Ideal for beginners, it provides a supportive environment for those new to yoga, but it’s also perfect for anyone seeking to slow down, stretch, and release tension.

Yin (Warm)
Yin is a healing yoga class focusing on the deep connective tissues. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine.
The poses are held for up to five minutes. Expect to challenge your body with deep stretches while you still the mind and have a meditative experience.
The temperature in the warm class is set between
85-88 degrees.

Yin and Restorative
This class will combine a Yin practice with Restorative yoga. Restorative yoga places your body in comfortable and fully supported postures, so that your nervous system can fully open and relax.
We have bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your spine as you deeply relax and release for about 8-10 minutes per restorative posture.

Yin and Sound
We practice Yin for the first 40 minutes of class, then move into the hammocks for a supportive, floating meditation (nidra) for the last 20 minutes but you are welcome to stay on your mat if you prefer. This is an evening class, so come in to wind down from your day and deeply relax.

Stretch and Sound/Recover & Restore
Experience the perfect blend of sound and movement in this signature class at Sanara. Begin with slow, mindful stretching, allowing your body to open and relax with each deep breath. The practice flows into a soothing sound meditation, where the resonant tones of crystal bowls, hand drums, and other sacred instruments guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
For the sound portion of the class, you have the option to fully immerse yourself in the experience while resting in a hammock. This class is designed to harmonize body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and rejuvenated.
