Circuit Strength is our new format that welcomes ALL fitness levels focusing on toning and conditioning in a safe and fun environment. We use circuit training to get a full body workout using a variety of methods with options and modifications as needed. Our goal is to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey to help you feel strong, healthy and energized! Minimum 12 years of age 70-80 degrees
