All of Texas is grieving. The devastation in Central Texas last weekend is incomprehensible and so very heavy as our minds and hearts try to process what has happened and everything that is still going on. We want to do something at SANARA that tangibly and practically touches those in our small community who are feeling all the things right now.
Maybe you have little ones asking you questions that have no answers. Maybe social media and news reporting seems to inundate you constantly. Maybe that area of Texas is close to your heart because you once lived there, floated there or camped there. Maybe you send your children off to summer camp every year and the innocence of that now feels stolen and fear has gripped you. Maybe you have asked yourself (or someone else) how God could let something like this happen? Maybe someone you know or a friend of a friend has lost everything or everyone or is still searching and waiting for news one week later.
Our space next week is for you. If you feel angry, come take out your frustration in a strength training class. If you feel cold and closed off, come take a warm or heated class in our small, safe room. If you need your body to take over your mind for even just an hour, come take a vinyasa class. If you need rest, come to a Yin or Zen class or float in our silk hammocks.

Once you Sign Up/In and "purchase" the class - it is tied to your email address and password. You can then log in and register for the class of your choice. If a class is full, please choose another one.
Out of respect for our current members, we ask that you follow the steps above to pre-register for your free class so that we can plan for your attendance and accommodate everyone who needs space on the mat next week.
