Service Description
A workout inspired by traditional Pilates principles, fundamental Yoga flow exercises, and resistance training. Pilates+Flow will provide a balanced workout while strengthening your core and toning small muscle groups by blending dynamic movement for greater movement efficiency. This class is open to beginners and moderate fitness levels, with modifications offered. The room is set to 85 degrees but can vary according to the conditions in the room; we will take care of you. Welcome to a warm, fun and challenging workout!
