This ticket is for a hammock space. Begin the year with a clear mind, open heart, and balanced energy. New Year, Clear Energy is a 90-minute guided experience designed to help you release the weight of the past year and restore your inner light through breath, mindful movement, and sound healing. We’ll start with gentle breathwork and somatic movement to open the body and clear stuck energy, followed by a guided release meditation that helps you let go of what no longer serves you. Then, surrender into a 45-minute immersive sound bath meditation, creating a symphony of healing frequencies to realign your nervous system and elevate your vibration. This session offers the perfect balance of renewal and rest, inviting you to begin 2026 feeling calm, centered, and radiant.
